By accessing or using SkillReg ("the Service"), operated by Kairia SAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SkillReg is a SaaS platform that provides a central registry for managing, versioning, and sharing AI agent skills within organizations. The Service includes a web application, CLI tool, and API.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all skills and content you upload to SkillReg. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and serve that content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillReg and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when practicable. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
